Supertex, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUPX), a recognized leader in high voltage analog and mixed signal integrated circuits (ICs), today introduced TC7920 and TC8220, high-speed, 200V complementary MOSFET arrays that feature low on-resistance, fast switching and compact packaging. These are well suited for space-constrained applications such as in portable medical ultrasound systems as well as in high voltage pulser, amplifier, and buffer applications.

Both products feature two pairs of 200V, low threshold, N- and P-channel MOSFETs in a 12-lead DFN package. The TC7920 integrates the output drain diodes, while the TC8220 has no diodes and offers over 3 Amp current capability. They utilize Supertex's proprietary advanced, vertical DMOS structure and silicon-gate manufacturing processes to produce devices that are easier to drive due to low threshold voltage and low input gate capacitance. They have high speed and high power handling capabilities.
