TALX Corporation (NASDAQ: TALX), a leading provider of

its board of directors has set a record date of April 4, 2007 for
the special shareholders� meeting, to be held May 15, 2007 at 2:00
p.m. St. Louis time at the Ritz-Carlton of St. Louis, to consider
and vote upon the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated February 14,
2007, by and among TALX, Equifax Inc. and Chipper Corporation.
