Company has been notified by the Arizona Attorney General's office
that the inquiry initiated by the Arizona Attorney General Terry
Goddard into the content of the citizen portion of the Company's
website has been concluded and is no longer active. The Company
fully cooperated with this inquiry and, in consultation with the
Attorney General, made certain changes to its website and consumer
