Trico Marine Services Inc. (TRMA) provides subsea, trenching and marine support vessels and services to the oil and gas industry. The Company offers vessels for the transportation of drilling materials, supplies and crews to offshore drilling platforms; drilling rigs and equipment; and support for the construction, service, repair and maintenance of offshore facilities. The Company's Trico's subsea and trenching services include a fleet of state-of-the-art ROVs and trenching protection equipment. Areas of operations include the North Sea, West Africa, Mexico, Brazil and Southeast Asia.

In the report, the analyst notes:

"TRMA recently announced the $16 million sale of one of its boats to a buyer in Asia. The sale brings total asset sales this year to about $20 million. The Company said it expects to use the money to service debt.

"TRMA also announced new contract awards representing more than $25 million in value for projects in the North Sea, which include contracts for subsea services with a major oil company and an offshore renewable-energy contract."
