Plato Learning Inc. (TUTR) engages in the business of on-line educational services, including curricula for kindergarten through adults. The Company sells its on-line curricula, assessment and related professional services to K-12 schools, community colleges and other educational institutions throughout the United States.

In the report, the analyst notes:

"The Company's outlook for fiscal year 2010 includes an expected revenue and orders growth of between 10% and 20% in subscription products from fiscal 2009 results. Non-strategic software licensing revenue is, however, anticipated to decline, offsetting much revenue from subscription products. Combined total revenue growth for fiscal year 2010 is anticipated by management to total between no change to marginally higher.

"The Company expects fiscal 2010 free cash flow to increase by between 30% and 40% from fiscal 2009. Revenue backlog is anticipated to grow between 25% and 30%. Due to seasonal factors, cash balances are expected to decline during the first year, but should increase during the second half of the year."
