Item 8.01.     Other Events.

On November 1, 2013, United Online, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock.  The record date for the dividend is November 14, 2013, and the dividend is payable on November 29, 2013.
