US BioEnergy Celebrates Grand Opening of Ord, Nebraska Ethanol Facility

US BioEnergy Corporation (NASDAQ:USBE), one of the largest ethanol
producers in the United States is celebrating today the grand
opening of the company�s newest ethanol plant in Ord, Nebraska. US
BioEnergy currently operates two ethanol plants in the state of
Nebraska; the other at US Bio Platte Valley, a 100 million gallon
per year facility located in Central City. US Bio Ord, which began
operations in May 2007, is expected to produce approximately 50
million gallons of ethanol and 275,000 tons of modified wet
distillers grains per year. This brought the company�s total
expected ethanol production capacity to 300 million gallons of
ethanol per year, through four facilities. �As we celebrate the
grand opening of US Bio Ord, I am pleased to reflect on the success

Nebraska Governor and current Chairman of the Governor�s Ethanol
Coalition, Dave Heineman, will gather with US BioEnergy CEO Gordon
Ommen, Ord Mayor Randy O�Brien and other local and industry
dignitaries in the ceremony to be held at 11am this morning at
