(NASDAQ: USMD), a physician-led integrated healthcare system,
announced today that two physicians — Samuel Davila, M.D., and Diane Nguyen, M.D. — have joined USMD Affiliated
Services. Dr. Davila and Dr. Nguyen, who will both practice in
Fort Worth, have been added to
support the growing healthcare needs of the ever-increasing
Fort Worth population.

Dr. Davila, an internal medicine physician, and Dr. Nguyen, a
gastroenterology physician, have joined USMD at its Fort Worth
Hogan Center Clinic. Both providers accept USMD SeniorCare, USMD's
integrated program designed to provide senior patients with
high-quality health care while addressing the specific needs of
senior patients and their caregivers. The addition of Drs. Davila
and Nguyen brings the number of USMD providers accepting SeniorCare
patients to 85. Nationally, 10,000 baby boomers each day reach the
age of 65, and it is estimated that by 2030, 18 percent of the U.S.
will be age 65 or older. USMD is positioning itself to better care
for this age group.
Dr. Davila received his medical degree at UT Southwestern
Medical School and completed his residency in internal medicine at
Baylor University Medical Center. He
has more than seven years of experience caring for patients.
Dr. Nguyen received her medical degree at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, completed her residency in internal
medicine at University of Texas Southwestern
Medical Center and completed her fellowship in
gastroenterology at University of
Michigan.
