On May 6, 2008, WJ Communications, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 30, 2008. A copy of the press release and the financial statements which were included in the press release are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and are being furnished under Item 2.02 of this Report on Form 8-K.
