Further to the announcement of 28 February 2003, Weston announces that certain
assets, including the needle-less drug delivery system, Intraject, of both
Weston Medical Group plc and Weston Medical Limited (both in administration)
were sold to Aradigm Corporation pursuant to a sale agreement dated 12 May 2003.
