1. Other Information
On January 5, 2011, Qiao Xing Universal Resources, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has placed the winning bid and completed the acquisition of a 34.53% equity interest in Chifeng Aolunhua Mining Co., Ltd. for RMB 185 million (US$28 million) from a local Chinese government agency. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
