Mr. Wetsel will serve as the Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Wetsel is currently an independent consultant. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Aspect Communications Corporation, a provider of enterprise customer contact solutions.
