News Corp, First Solar To Replace Wyeth On S&P Indexes

Media giant News Corp. (NWSA, NWS) is set to replace Wyeth (WYE)
on the S&P 100 index, as the pharmaceutical company is being
acquired by rival Pfizer Inc. (PFE).
Thin-film solar panel maker First Solar Inc. (FSLR) will replace
Wyeth in the S&P 500.
Standard & Poor's Index Service didn't disclose when the
changes would occur, as Wyeth's deal with Pfizer is still pending
for final approval.

this newswire.
First Solar's shares were up 4.9% to $150.84 in after-hours
trading, while News Corp.'s Class A shares were up 1% to
$11.46.
