On July 5, 2024, GRIID Infrastructure Inc. (the “Company”) received formal notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC that the Company has regained compliance with minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). As a result, the previously disclosed listing matter has been closed.
