Aspen Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend HAMILTON, Bermuda, Aug. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (NYSE:AHL) (BSX:AHLBSX:BH) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per ordinary share. The payment of the dividend will be made on August 24, 2004 to shareholders of record at close of trading on August 13, 2004.
