NOTICE OF CHANGE IN LOCATION AND TIME AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE
ANNUAL MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS TO BE HELD MAY 6, 2020
The following Notice of Change of Location and Time relates to the proxy statement (the “Proxy Statement”) of Aberdeen Global Dynamic Dividend Fund and Aberdeen Total Dynamic Dividend Fund (each, a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”) dated March 17, 2020, furnished to shareholders of the Funds in connection with the solicitation of proxies by the Board of Trustees of each Fund for use at the Funds’ Annual Meetings of Shareholders (the “Annual Meetings”) to be held on May 6, 2020. This Notice is being filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to provide notice of a change of location and time of the Annual Meetings and is being made available to shareholders on or about April 15, 2020.

TO THE SHAREHOLDERS:
Due to the public health impact of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) and to support the health and well-being of our shareholders and the Funds’ officers and staff, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the location and time of the 2020 annual meeting of shareholders of each of Aberdeen Global Dynamic Dividend Fund and Aberdeen Total Dynamic Dividend Fund (each, a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”) (each meeting, an “Annual Meeting,” and collectively, the “Annual Meetings”) have been changed. The Annual Meetings will be held on the following dates and at the following times:

In light of public health concerns regarding COVID-19, the Annual Meetings will be held in a virtual meeting format only. You will not be able to attend the Annual Meetings in person.
Attending the Virtual Annual Meetings as a Shareholder of Record
As described in the proxy materials for the Annual Meetings previously distributed, any shareholder of record of the Funds as of February 27, 2020 is entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the relevant Fund’s Annual Meeting or any postponement or adjournment thereof. To participate in a Fund’s Annual Meeting at www.meetingcenter.io/263506033, you must enter the control number found on your proxy card, voting instruction form or notice you previously received and the password (ABD22020). You may vote during the Annual Meeting by following the instructions available on the meeting website during the Annual Meeting.
Registering to Attend the Virtual Annual Meetings as a Beneficial Owner
If you hold your shares through an intermediary, such as a bank or broker, you must register in advance to attend the Annual Meetings. To register you must submit proof of your proxy power (legal proxy) reflecting your Fund holdings along with your name and email address to Computershare Fund Services, the Funds’ proxy tabulator. You may forward an email from your intermediary or attach an image of your legal proxy to legalproxy@computershare.com. Requests for registration must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on May 1, 2020. You will receive a confirmation email from Computershare of your registration and a control number that will allow you to vote at the Annual Meetings.
Voting Shares
Whether or not you plan to attend the Annual Meetings, we urge you to vote and submit your proxy in advance of the meeting by one of the methods described in the proxy materials for the Annual Meetings. The proxy card included with the proxy materials previously distributed will not be updated to reflect the change in location and may continue to be used to vote your shares in connection with the Annual Meetings.

CHANGE OF TIME AND LOCATION OF 2020 SHAREHOLDER MEETINGS
Philadelphia, April 15, 2020 — Aberdeen Global Dynamic Dividend Fund (“AGD”), Aberdeen Total Dynamic Dividend Fund (“AOD”) and Aberdeen Global Premier Properties Fund (“AWP” and collectively with AGD and AOD, the “Funds”) announced today changes to the times and locations of the 2020 annual meetings of shareholders for each Fund (the “Annual Meetings”) and the special meeting of shareholders of AWP (the “Special Meeting”, and together with the
Annual Meetings, the “Shareholder Meetings”), which are each scheduled to be held on May 6, 2020.
