With that delay and destabilizing affect they did not effect market values thus they did not have margin values affected up or down

Therefore big deal is that the margin loans were not called in and they lived for another year or so

As they were able to roll out the contracts

This July but the next batch is due soon after

I don't think the politicians have anything to do with it. Maybe the agencies themselves are in CYA mode with election season coming, or maybe it's actually the start of something meaningful. 👍️

and remember, the 3Q has been AMC's weakest Qtr the past few years, this year the second qtr was weakest due to writers strike

this 3Q will outperform the past two years significantly

That is exactly what I said. AMC needed to do the deal and postpone the debt payments, and to get it done they had to turn over the 175 theaters and the Intellectual Property (IP), including the AMC trade name, in order to make the deal and take potential BK off the table

none of that will matter

AMC already gave you 2Q earnings and guidance

the worst is likely over heading into second half of 2024 and beyond

the 2026 debt was a HUGE PROBLEM

bankruptcy risk is completely off the table for 3 years at least, possibly altogether

i see a move to $7-$10 coming here as money rotates out of big caps
