Archstone-Smith (NYSE: ASN) today announced that it will release
its second quarter 2007 financial results on Thursday, August 9,
2007, before the open of the market. In light of its proposed
merger with an entity jointly controlled by Tishman Speyer Real
Estate Venture VII, L.P. and Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.,
Archstone-Smith will not be holding a conference call with senior
management to discuss its second quarter 2007 results.
