today that it will host a dinner meeting entitled "Harvesting the
Seeds of Valuation in Shareholder Communications," to be held on
Thursday, May 20, 2004 in Fort Lauderdale. The keynote speaker will
be Mr. William Mahoney, editor and author of books on shareholder
value, investor relations, shareholder activism and investing. Mr.
Mahoney's discussion will provide Investor Relations Officers and
Chief Financial Officers a better understanding of the valuation
processes institutions use to make investment decisions as well as
how to showcase financial operating results to Wall Street. Leo
