ITEM 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously announced, Norman Schwartz, President and CEO of Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (“Bio-Rad”), plans to present a company overview at the 41st Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session with participation from Bio-Rad’s Executive Vice President and COO Andrew Last, and Executive Vice President and CFO Ilan Daskal.
