CACI International Inc (NYSE MKT: CACI) announced today it has
been awarded a single-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite
quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $90 million ceiling value to
provide sustainment, decommissioning, construction, modernization,

for enhanced cost efficiency, broadcast reliability, and mission
success. The work will include project management, operations and
maintenance, and testing of primary broadcast stations to ensure
broadcast effectiveness, resilience, and network security during
emergency situations.
John Mengucci, CACI’s Chief Operating Officer and President of
U.S. Operations, said, “With our extensive experience supporting
large and complex networks for the federal government, CACI is
positioned to continue bringing innovation and efficiency to FEMA’s
National Public Warning System.”
According to CACI President and Chief Executive Officer Ken
Asbury, “CACI is proud that our ongoing support for the Federal
Emergency Management Agency will help ensure that America’s
