Glad we passed on IPW. Revenues about what I was expecting (down a lot vs last year), but the bottom line was terrible. I figured they'd post a small profit in fiscal Q1 vs a sizable year ago loss. Instead the loss increased. Yikes.

No, the much more important concern for the commons is what Treasury will do with the senior prefs. A conversion of those to common, as John Paulson has implied will happen, would cause the commons to be worth far less than they are today.

SNFCA didn't rally as much as I expected.

Looking at the chart, the great balance sheet with $14/share in net assets., and mid single digit PE going forward, I would think the stock would keep going up. However I have my doubts, based on my experience this entire year.
