Kraft Foods Inc. (KFT) Chief Executive Irene Rosenfeld, speaking at the World Business Forum in New York Wednesday, said it's the right time for the food company to accelerate its growth either with the acquisition of Cadbury (CBY, CRBY.LN) or as a standalone company. Kraft last month unveiled a proposal to take over Cadbury, but has yet to make a formal offer.
