I own 58000 shares if thats what your asking. I understand I'll end up with about 500 in warrants but just wondering what the stock/warrants will actually be worth.

Post reorg CJES is worth a minimum of $13.58 per share. 14,727,550 shares valued @ $13.58 per share, $200mil

Existing common holders get an automatic put option for FREE. If the hedges bought in @ $13.58 make no mistake about it, the post reorg CJES is worth well north of $25 per share. When the court dust settles and the year end tax loss selling stops, CJESQ will follow the same path as BTUUQ.

Nevermind...I see they're erasing all common shares and getting a free ride like 80 percent of these companies that dont deserve it.

Bankruptcy hearing to give them another 100 million dollars to spend is monday and will most likely be approved. Management has to make this thing go up strong in order to get their bonuses?

I think this is extremely good for the company's restructing plan. Hope they come out the problem in days to come.

definitely seems like one of the better risk/reward scenarios out there. Gone through long consolidation and now finally over 50 dma. Hopefully gets some traction and heads towards $1 but either way by mid december should see some news re new shares/warrants.

This is an excellent stock in my portfolio. Low risk, no worries.

got to do your own due diligence but IMO this appears way undervalued. Once they issue new shares and current shares get converted into warrants it should be worth triple current price.

you can sell now its trading on otcbb exchange. After bankruptcy current common shares will be exchanged into warrants for new shares. Seems like warrants should have value around triple current prices. Could be considerably more, especially if oil prices continue rebounding.

Haven't grabbed any but I will soon.

hope you picked some up, chart starting to look real nice. Had a bunch .195sh avg but needed to free up funds so sold out mostly .3-.33, some a little lower but bought back in. Have a feeling this has a good chance turning out similar to UPLMQ, just needs some patience.

after bankruptcy your current shares will be converted into warrants for new equity. How many warrants and what they'll be worth depends on # shares issued and pricing in the new stock.
