that it has not renewed three-year advertising contracts with China
Central Television, which expires on December 31, for shows like

• Ternium S.A. (NYSE:TX) recently announced that
it has entered into a share repurchase deal with Camargo Corrêa,
Votorantim and Caixa dos Empregados Usiminas and will pay $2.7
billion to acquire 27.7% of the voting capital
• Gap Inc. (NYSE:GPS) opened its first flagship
store in Hong Kong. The casual-apparel retailer now has nine stores
in Greater China
