"We are pleased with the strong and consistent operating results
we are experiencing across our portfolio as well as the continued
positive trends in power center fundamentals. Our low payout
ratio, combined with our sound balance sheet, allows us to retain
capital to reinvest into our portfolio and provides an opportunity
to increase the dividend in the future," said David J. Oakes, president and chief financial
officer of DDR.
