Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A (“Company” or “Eletrobras”) (B3: ELET3, ELET5 & ELET6; NYSE: EBR & EBR.B; LATIBEX: XELT.O & XELT.B) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on June 16, 2023, the rating agency Fitch Ratings (“Fitch”) reaffirmed all Long-Term local and foreign currency ratings at BB- and Long-Term national scale ratings at AA (bra). There was a change in the outlook Ratings for the Stable from Negative.

 

As a result, the Company's ratings evaluated by Fitch are listed below:
