EDO to Provide Field Service for Marine Corps Vehicles

EDO Corporation (NYSE: EDO) has been awarded an order by the Marine
Corps for field service support in Iraq for the Cougar family of
vehicles and the Buffalo mine-protected clearance vehicles. The
task order carries a base year value of $4.5 million with two
option years, each with potential revenue of more than $5 million.
The order was awarded under the Commercial Enterprise Omnibus
service support process for the Marine Corps Systems Command.

medium sized mine-protected vehicles that can be used for command
and control, troop transport, field ambulance, and mine and
explosive ordnance disposal. The Buffalo is a 23-ton, advanced mine
resistant armored vehicle designed for route clearance by allowing
patrols a closer look at suspected improvised explosive devices.
