Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On March 6, 2008, Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release reporting the earnings results of the Company for its third quarter ended January 27, 2008. A copy of the news release was previously filed with Form 8-K on March 6, 2008.  Also on March 6, 2008 the Company held an investor conference call to discuss financial results for the third quarter ended on January 27, 2008.
