Fleetwood Homes Opens Manufacturing Facility in Waco, Texas Waco Facility is Fleetwood's Second Plant Opening in 2004 RIVERSIDE, Calif., Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Fleetwood Homes, a leading producer and retailer of manufactured housing, today announced that it is opening another manufacturing facility in Waco, TX, representing Fleetwood's third operating facility in the Waco area. Fleetwood anticipates working with Affordable Residential Communities Inc. (ARC), a leading manufactured home community provider headquartered in Denver, Colorado, which plans to purchase a significant number of homes from the Waco facility in support of their projected ongoing needs. Homes built at Fleetwood's Waco facility will be shipped primarily within the state of Texas.
