and Sound," a global initiative to bring attention to the
importance of prioritizing the safety, health and wellbeing of our
team members.

SPX FLOW has 5,000 team members across the globe, and the
company tracks safety incidents in accordance with guidelines from
the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration
(OSHA). The total recordable incident rates (TRIR) dropped by
50% in 2020, and the goal is to reduce the number by 20% each
year.
Safe and Sound focuses on three key pillars: Speak Up, Take
Action and Reach Out. The initiative extends the ownership of
safety and wellbeing to everyone with the hopes of improving
engagement and reducing the potential of safety incidents.
