/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Four Seasons Hotels Inc. (TSX Symbol
"FSH"; NYSE Symbol "FS") announced today that the Board of
Directors has declared a dividend of 5.5 cents per Limited Voting
Share for the period ending June 30, 2004, payable on July 15, 2004
to holders of Limited Voting Shares of record on June 30, 2004. The
Board of Directors also declared a dividend of 2.75 cents per
Variable Multiple Voting Share for the period ending June 30, 2004,
payable on July 15, 2004 to holders of Variable Multiple Voting
Shares of record on June 30, 2004. All dollar amounts referred to
in this press release are in Canadian dollars. -------------- With
