Built in 1978 on nearly 13 acres, the property offers approximately 106,200 square feet of rentable area. This is the 54th securitized 1031 TIC exchange program taken full-cycle by Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, an unrivaled industry record. Pueblo Shopping Center, originally purchased in November 1999, was sold to Raymond Plaza, LLC. Riki Hashimoto of Grubb & Ellis Company and John Rance of Rance Commercial were the brokers in the transaction.
