SANTA ANA, Calif., June 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Grubb &
Ellis Realty Investors, LLC today announced the disposition of
Pueblo Shopping Center in Pueblo, Colo., on behalf of
tenant-in-common investors. Located at 102-240 29th Street, Pueblo
Shopping Center is a neighborhood shopping center anchored by King
Soopers, a regional grocery chain operated by the Kroger, Co. Built
in 1978 on nearly 13 acres, the property offers approximately
106,200 square feet of rentable area. This is the 54th securitized
1031 TIC exchange program taken full-cycle by Grubb & Ellis
Realty Investors, an unrivaled industry record. Pueblo Shopping
Center, originally purchased in November 1999, was sold to Raymond
Plaza, LLC. Riki Hashimoto of Grubb & Ellis Company and John
Rance of Rance Commercial were the brokers in the transaction.
