On May 23, 2023, Global Net Lease, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a joint press release with The Necessity Retail REIT, Inc. (“RTL”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Additionally, on May 23, 2023, the Company made available an investor presentation prepared by the Company and RTL, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
