HOUSTON, Feb. 14,
2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Group 1 Automotive,
Inc. (NYSE: GPI) ("Group 1" or the "Company"), an
international, Fortune 300 automotive retailer with 204 dealerships
located in the U.S. and U.K., today announced its board of
directors has approved an increase in the 2023 annual dividend rate
to $1.80 per share. This
increase represents a 20%, or $0.30,
increase over 2022's annual dividend of $1.50 per share. Consistent with this
increase, the board of directors declared a $0.45 dividend per share that will be payable on
March 15, 2023, to stockholders of
record as of March 1, 2023.
