Chair of Audit & Risk Committee
Mr Charlie Bancroft succeeded Ms Judy Lewent as chair of the
Company's Audit & Risk Committee on 13 March 2021. Ms Lewent
will remain a Non-Executive Director of the Company and member of
the Audit & Risk Committee and the other Board committees on
which she sits until the conclusion of the 2021 Annual General
Meeting due to be held on Wednesday 5 May
2021.
