In advance of its presentation at its Capital Markets Day on November 12, 2024, Chart Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) has posted to the “Investors” section of its website, www.chartindustries.com, an updated investor presentation (the “Investor Presentation”). The Investor Presentation includes, along with other historical information, additional details pertaining to the Company’s previously provided guidance as well as a discussion of the potential approval by the Company’s Board of Directors of a stock repurchase plan anticipated to be used in the future subject to certain parameters set forth in the Investor Presentation.
