Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced today that it has closed the sale of and arranged financing for 17Seventeen McKinney, a 369,017-square-foot, Class AA, 98-percent-leased office tower in Uptown Dallas.

HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Granite Properties, Inc. and MetLife Real Estate, and procured the buyer, Gaedeke Group. Additionally, HFF worked on behalf of the new owner to secure the fixed-rate acquisition loan through MetLife Real Estate.

17Seventeen McKinney is a LEED Gold-certified property featuring 19 stories of office space occupied by tenants, including Regions, Huitt-Zollars, Bain & Company, Colliers and Avigilon. Developed in 2010 in conjunction with Gables Residential’s Park Seventeen project, which it is adjoined to via a roof deck, the property offers tenants a state-of-the-art fitness facility, conference facility, 7th floor mezzanine deck and dining at Stampede 66.
