Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 7, 2019, HighPoint Resources Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release containing certain preliminary operating results for the third quarter of 2019, including preliminary production sales volumes and capital expenditures. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Third Quarter Conference Call and Webcast
The Company plans to issue its third quarter 2019 financial and operating results press release after the market close on Monday, November 4, 2019.
