Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE:HAV), Helios High Income
Fund, Inc. (NYSE:HIH), Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc.
(NYSE:HMH) and Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE:HSA) (each,
a "Fund," and collectively, the "Funds") today announced that their
Boards of Directors declared their monthly dividends.
Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend
of $0.0625 per share, payable on July 26, 2013 to stockholders of
record on July 18, 2013. The ex-dividend date is July 16, 2013.
Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.21 on July 3, 2013, the
Fund's annualized dividend yield was 9.14%.
Helios High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of
$0.06 per share, payable on July 26, 2013 to stockholders of record
on July 18, 2013. The ex-dividend date is July 16, 2013. Based on
the NYSE closing price of $8.07 on July 3, 2013, the Fund's
annualized dividend yield was 8.92%.
Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly
dividend of $0.0425 per share, payable on July 26, 2013 to
stockholders of record on July 18, 2013. The ex-dividend date is
July 16, 2013. Based on the NYSE closing price of $5.62 on July 3,
2013, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 9.07%.
Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend
of $0.04 per share, payable on July 26, 2013 to stockholders of
record on July 18, 2013. The ex-dividend date is July 16, 2013.
Based on the NYSE closing price of $6.13 on July 3, 2013, the
Fund's annualized dividend yield was 7.83%.
