Aetna Inc. (AET) plans to meet antitrust officials at the U.S. Justice Department on Friday to discuss its pending acquisition of Humana Inc. (HUM), according to a Bloomberg News report.

The news of the meeting was reported earlier by regulatory news service MLex, which said officials expressed concerns about the deal.

Humana shares were recently down 11% to $159.73. Aetna fell 4% to $115.45.
