Humana Says Brian Kane to Step Down as Chief Financial Officer

Humana Inc. said Brian Kane will be transitioning from his role
as chief financial officer to pursue broader career goals.
The provider of health insurance services said that Mr. Kane
would remain in his current role through June 1 and then serve in
an advisory role through the end of the year.
Susan Diamond, segment president for Humana's Home business,
will assume the role of interim CFO effective June 1 while the
company searches for a permanent replacement. Ms. Diamond will
continue leading the Home business.
Ms. Diamond joined Humana in 2006 and has held various
leadership roles across the company during her tenure. Before
joining Humana, Ms. Diamond was CFO for Smoothstone IP
Communications and Prosperitas Investment Partners.
