Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 21, 2024, Thomas C. Gentile III, Chief Executive
Officer and President of Hexcel Corporation (the “Company”) appointed on May 1, 2024, met with certain of the Company’s
investors and analysts for the first time in New York City. During the meetings, Mr. Gentile communicated his full commitment to the Company’s
full year 2024 financial guidance previously announced on January 24, 2024, and subsequently reaffirmed on February 20, 2024 and April
9, 2024, as well as its financial outlook for the three-year period 2024 to 2026 previously announced on February 20, 2024, and subsequently
reaffirmed on April 9, 2024.
