today the completion of the redomestication/merger of Invesco and
Invesco Van Kampen closed-end funds recently approved by
shareholders.

Effective October 15, 2012, the
redomestications into Delaware
statutory trusts and the mergers of the funds listed below were
completed. In the mergers, the shares of each Target Fund were
converted into newly issued shares of the corresponding Acquiring
Fund. The merger ratio for each merger (the ratio by which one
multiplies the amount of the Target Fund common shares held to
determine the number of Acquiring Fund common shares received in
the merger) is set forth below.
