On October 8, 2019, Boeing issued a press release related to an investment by it in Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp.
(SCH), following SCHs initial business combination with Virgin Galactic. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
