Explanation of Responses:
1. Restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to non-employee directors pursuant to the Louisiana-Pacific Corporation 2022 Omnibus Stock Award Plan will vest in full on May 17, 2025. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the issuer's common stock. The reporting person has elected to defer the receipt of common stock upon the vesting of the RSUs, and upon vesting of the RSUs, will receive deferred stock units ("DSUs") under the Amended and Restated Louisiana-Pacific Corporation Non-Employee Directors Compensation Plan. Each DSU entitles the reporting person to receive one share of common stock upon the earliest of (i) the reporting person's separation of service as a director, (ii) a change of control of the issuer, or (iii) January 1, 2028 (the distribution date specified by the reporting person).
2. Includes 33 shares credited as dividend equivalents.
