(CMS) Approve Medallia as a HCAHPS vendor to survey patients via
telephone.

administer HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare

The HCAHPS Survey is the first national, standardized, publicly
reported survey of patients' perspectives of hospital care. Also
