Marshall Fund Receives Lipper Leader Recognition

Fund was recently recognized as a "Lipper Leader." The fund
received this recognition for achieving two coveted top ratings for
"Consistent Return" and "Total Return." Lipper is a highly regarded

services industry. The Marshall Small Cap Growth Fund seeks out
small companies with 'explainable growth' -- those companies which
