Orange and M6 Group (Paris:MMT) have jointly decided to
gradually transfer M6 mobile by Orange account holders to

brands, the strategy of which was to specifically use its marketing
power to generate additional revenues.

as all the related benefits, such as the management of the customer
community by M6 Group, until their transfer.
As such, M6 Group will continue to receive payment for managing
the account holder base and trademark licence until 30 June 2019,
which will contribute €64 million to the Group’s operating profit,
spread over the period from 1 January 2016 to 30 June 2019 (vs. €25
million in 2015).
