The board of directors (the “Board”) of MINISO Group Holding Limited (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Friday, November 29, 2024, for the purpose of considering and approving, inter alias , the unaudited financial results of the Company for the three months ended September 30, 2024 and its publication.
